This hotel is like a hidden gem in the heart of the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cinemas. The staff is absolutely delightful, making me want to buy them all chocolates! The amenities were great, including free gym access and comfy rooms.

The elevators were so cozy, they made me feel like I was on a never-ending elevator ride with my luggage.

The hotel's interior decor was simply delightful, with elegant furnishings and cozy seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible for senior guests like myself.

I would have appreciated if the staff had been a bit more attentive and considerate towards senior travelers. It would have been nice to see them go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and provide assistance when needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Occidental in Pamplona. I was lucky to get a room with a great view of the park. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms were impressive, and I especially appreciated the recently improved bathroom. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect, and the views of Yamaguchi Park were amazing. It was only a 20-minute walk to the old part of the city. The staff, who spoke English, were friendly and helpful. Considering the price and location, this hotel is a great bargain. Highly recommendable.

Comfortable and Convenient

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pamplona and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience of my stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the running of the bulls action. The room was clean and comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered plenty of free street parking, which was a big plus. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Reading lamp in room defective. Safe not usable. One of the ladies at reception was repeatedly - let's say - extremely taciturn. But this should not spoil the positive impression.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right beside a beautiful park, and it was an easy walk into the heart of the city. The encierro was good as well, and the parking facilities were convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and tidy, with nice views of the park. The bathroom had recently been improved, and the amenities were top-notch.

Very smart hotel, very comfortable. Some noise from other travellers but did not go on late at night. Quite a walk into pamplona and we caught a taxi back, 7 euros so not bad. I would stay again and good secure underground parking for our motorcycle.

My only complaint is that reception staff give the impression they want to deal with you as quckly as possible, that you are a number not a person. Maybe it is the language barrier.

The room at Occidental Pamplona was incredibly stylish and modern. It had all the latest amenities and designs, making my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. As a young guest, I absolutely loved the contemporary feel of the room.

Personally, I found the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom a bit inconvenient. But I understand that some guests may still enjoy the designer toiletries and bidets that come with it.
